2:1

الٓمٓ ﴿1﴾

Alif, Lam, Meem.

2:2

ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْكِتَٰبُ لَا رَيْبَ ۛ فِيهِ ۛ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿2﴾

This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah -

For the god consciousلِلْمُتَّقِينَCBIP+Nلِلfor the+مُتَّقِينَGod conscious
2:3

ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَٰهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ ﴿3﴾

Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them,

Word by word

Those whoالَّذِينَI
BelieveيُؤْمِنُونَF
In the unseenبِالْغَيْبِCBIP+Nبِwith / in+الthe+غَيْبِUnseen
And establishوَيُقِيمُونَCBFCONJ+Vوَand+يُقِيمُونَEstablish
The prayerالصَّلَاةَIالthe+صَلَاةَPrayer
And out of whatوَمِمَّاCBHCONJ+Pوَand+مِنfrom / of=مَاwhat
We have provided themرَزَقْنَاهُمْCBFV+PRONATTرَزَقْنَاWe have provided+هُمْthem / their
They spendيُنْفِقُونَF
2:4

وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ وَبِٱلْءَاخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُونَ ﴿4﴾

And who believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith].

Was sent downأُنْزِلَF
FromمِنْH
Before youقَبْلِكَCBIN+PRONATTقَبْلِBefore+كَyou / your
And in the HereafterوَبِالْآخِرَةِCBICONJ+P+Nوَand+بِwith / in+الthe+آخِرَةِHereafter
TheyهُمْI
Firmly believeيُوقِنُونَF
2:5

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ عَلَىٰ هُدًى مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ ۖ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ ﴿5﴾

Those are upon [right] guidance from their Lord, and it is those who are the successful.

Are the successful onesالْمُفْلِحُونَIالthe+مُفْلِحُونَAre the successful ones
2:6

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿6﴾

Indeed, those who disbelieve - it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.

NotلَاH
They believeيُؤْمِنُونَF
2:7

خَتَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَعَلَىٰ سَمْعِهِمْ ۖ وَعَلَىٰٓ أَبْصَٰرِهِمْ غِشَٰوَةٌ ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ ﴿7﴾

Allah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and over their vision is a veil. And for them is a great punishment.

Is a punishmentعَذَابٌI
