يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱعْبُدُوا۟ رَبَّكُمُ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ ﴿21﴾
O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous -

← read from right to left2Mankindالنَّاسُl-nasuIالthe+نَاسُMankind 4Your LordرَبَّكُمُrabbakumuCBIN+PRONATTرَبَّYour Lord+كُمُyou / your (pl.) 5The one whoالَّذِيalladhiI 6Created youخَلَقَكُمْkhalaqakumCBFV+PRONATTخَلَقَCreated+كُمْyou / your (pl.) 7And thoseوَالَّذِينَwa-alladhinaCBICONJ+RELوَand+الَّذِينَThose 9Before youقَبْلِكُمْqablikumCBIN+PRONATTقَبْلِBefore+كُمْyou / your (pl.) 10So that you mayلَعَلَّكُمْla'allakumCBHACC+PRONATTلَعَلَّSo that you may+كُمْyou / your (pl.) 11Become righteousتَتَّقُونَtattaqunaF ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ فِرَٰشًا وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بِنَآءً وَأَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَخْرَجَ بِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ رِزْقًا لَّكُمْ ۖ فَلَا تَجْعَلُوا۟ لِلَّهِ أَندَادًا وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿22﴾
[He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him].

← read from right to left1The one whoالَّذِيalladhiI 3For youلَكُمُlakumuCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+كُمُyou / your (pl.) 4The earthالْأَرْضَl-ardaIالthe+أَرْضَEarth 5A resting placeفِرَاشًاfirashanI 6And the skyوَالسَّمَاءَwal-sama'aCBICONJ+Nوَand+الthe+سَمَاءَSky 8And sent downوَأَنْزَلَwa-anzalaCBFCONJ+Vوَand+أَنْزَلَSent down 10The skyالسَّمَاءِl-sama'iIالthe+سَمَاءِSky 12Then brought forthفَأَخْرَجَfa-akhrajaCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+أَخْرَجَBrought forth 13TherewithبِهِbihiCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِhim / his / it 15The fruitsالثَّمَرَاتِl-thamaratiIالthe+ثَمَرَاتِFruits 16As provisionرِزْقًاrizqanI 17For youلَكُمْlakumCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+كُمْyou / your (pl.) 18So do notفَلَاfalaCBHCONJ+PROفَso / then+لَاDo not 19Set upتَجْعَلُواtaj'aluF 20To AllahلِلَّهِlillahiCBIP+PNلِfor / to+اللَّهِAllah 21RivalsأَنْدَادًاandadanI 23[you] knowتَعْلَمُونَta'lamunaF وَإِن كُنتُمْ فِى رَيْبٍ مِّمَّا نَزَّلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا فَأْتُوا۟ بِسُورَةٍ مِّن مِّثْلِهِۦ وَٱدْعُوا۟ شُهَدَآءَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ ﴿23﴾
And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down upon Our Servant [Muhammad], then produce a surah the like thereof and call upon your witnesses other than Allah, if you should be truthful.

But if you do not - and you will never be able to - then fear the Fire, whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for the disbelievers.

← read from right to left3You doتَفْعَلُواtaf'aluF 5Will you doتَفْعَلُواtaf'aluF 6Then fearفَاتَّقُواfa-ittaquCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+اتَّقُواFear 7The fireالنَّارَl-naraIالthe+نَارَFire 9[its] fuelوَقُودُهَاwaquduhaCBIN+PRONATTوَقُودُ[its] fuel+هَاher / it / its 10Is [the] menالنَّاسُl-nasuIالthe+نَاسُIs [the] men 11And [the] stonesوَالْحِجَارَةُwal-hijaratuCBICONJ+Nوَand+الthe+حِجَارَةُ[the] stones 12Preparedأُعِدَّتْu'iddatF 13For the disbelieversلِلْكَافِرِينَlilkafirinaCBIP+Nلِلfor the+كَافِرِينَDisbelievers وَبَشِّرِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ ۖ كُلَّمَا رُزِقُوا۟ مِنْهَا مِن ثَمَرَةٍ رِّزْقًا ۙ قَالُوا۟ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِى رُزِقْنَا مِن قَبْلُ ۖ وَأُتُوا۟ بِهِۦ مُتَشَٰبِهًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ فِيهَآ أَزْوَٰجٌ مُّطَهَّرَةٌ ۖ وَهُمْ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ ﴿25﴾
And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally.

← read from right to left1And give good newsوَبَشِّرِwabashiriCBFCONJ+Vوَand+بَشِّرْGive good news 2To those whoالَّذِينَalladhinaI 4And doوَعَمِلُواwa'amiluCBFCONJ+Vوَand+عَمِلُواDo 5[the] righteous deedsالصَّالِحَاتِl-salihatiIالthe+صَالِحَاتِ[the] righteous deeds 7For themلَهُمْlahumCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+هُمْthem / their 8Will be gardensجَنَّاتٍjannatinI 11Under themتَحْتِهَاtahtihaCBIN+PRONATTتَحْتِUnder+هَاher / it / its 12The riversالْأَنْهَارُl-anharuIالthe+أَنْهَارُRivers 13Every timeكُلَّمَاkullamaI 14They are providedرُزِقُواruziquF 15TherefromمِنْهَاminhaCBHP+PRONATTمِنْTherefrom+هَاher / it / its 17FruitثَمَرَةٍthamaratinI 18As provisionرِزْقًاrizqanI 19They will sayقَالُواqaluF 21The one whichالَّذِيalladhiI 22We were providedرُزِقْنَاruziqnaF 25And they will be givenوَأُتُواwa-utuCBFCONJ+Vوَand+أُتُواThey will be given 26TherefromبِهِbihiCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِhim / his / it 27Things in resemblanceمُتَشَابِهًاmutashabihanI 29ThereinفِيهَاfihaCBHP+PRONATTفِيTherein+هَاher / it / its 30SpousesأَزْوَاجٌazwajunI 31PurifiedمُطَهَّرَةٌmutahharatunI 33ThereinفِيهَاfihaCBHP+PRONATTفِيTherein+هَاher / it / its 34Will abide foreverخَالِدُونَkhalidunaI إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَسْتَحْىِۦٓ أَن يَضْرِبَ مَثَلًا مَّا بَعُوضَةً فَمَا فَوْقَهَا ۚ فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ فَيَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ ٱلْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ ۖ وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فَيَقُولُونَ مَاذَآ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَٰذَا مَثَلًا ۘ يُضِلُّ بِهِۦ كَثِيرًا وَيَهْدِى بِهِۦ كَثِيرًا ۚ وَمَا يُضِلُّ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ ﴿26﴾
Indeed, Allah is not timid to present an example - that of a mosquito or what is smaller than it. And those who have believed know that it is the truth from their Lord. But as for those who disbelieve, they say, "What did Allah intend by this as an example?" He misleads many thereby and guides many thereby. And He misleads not except the defiantly disobedient,

← read from right to left4AshamedيَسْتَحْيِيyastahyiF 6Set forthيَضْرِبَyadribaF 7An exampleمَثَلًاmathalanI 9Of a mosquitoبَعُوضَةًba'udatanI 10And even somethingفَمَاfamaCBICONJ+RELفَso / then+مَاAnd even something 11Above itفَوْقَهَاfawqahaCBILOC+PRONATTفَوْقَAbove+هَاher / it / its 12Then as forفَأَمَّاfa-ammaCBHCONJ+CONDفَso / then+أَمْor=مَاwhat 13Those whoالَّذِينَalladhinaI 15[thus] they will knowفَيَعْلَمُونَfaya'lamunaCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+يَعْلَمُونَ[thus] they will know 17Is the truthالْحَقُّl-haquIالthe+حَقُّIs the truth 19Their LordرَبِّهِمْrabbihimCBIN+PRONATTرَبِّTheir Lord+هِمْthem / their 20And as forوَأَمَّاwa-ammaCBHCONJ+CONDوَand+أَمْor=مَاwhat 21Those whoالَّذِينَalladhinaI 22DisbelievedكَفَرُواkafaruF 23[thus] they will sayفَيَقُولُونَfayaqulunaCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+يَقُولُونَ[thus] they will say 25Did intendأَرَادَaradaF 27By thisبِهَذَاbihadhaCBIP+DEMبِwith / in+هَذَاThis 28ExampleمَثَلًاmathalanI 29He lets go astrayيُضِلُّyudilluF 30By itبِهِbihiCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِhim / his / it 32And he guidesوَيَهْدِيwayahdiCBFCONJ+Vوَand+يَهْدِيHe guides 33By itبِهِbihiCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِhim / his / it 36He lets go astrayيُضِلُّyudilluF 37By itبِهِbihiCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِhim / his / it 38ExceptإِلَّاillaHإِنْif=لَاnot 39The defiantly disobedientالْفَاسِقِينَl-fasiqinaIالthe+فَاسِقِينَDefiantly disobedient ٱلَّذِينَ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَ ٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مِيثَٰقِهِۦ وَيَقْطَعُونَ مَآ أَمَرَ ٱللَّهُ بِهِۦٓ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ ﴿27﴾
Who break the covenant of Allah after contracting it and sever that which Allah has ordered to be joined and cause corruption on earth. It is those who are the losers.

← read from right to left1Those whoالَّذِينَalladhinaI 2BreakيَنْقُضُونَyanqudunaF 3The covenantعَهْدَ'ahdaI 7Its ratificationمِيثَاقِهِmithaqihiCBIN+PRONATTمِيثَاقِIts ratification+هِhim / his / it 8And [they] cutوَيَقْطَعُونَwayaqta'unaCBFCONJ+Vوَand+يَقْطَعُونَ[they] cut 10Has orderedأَمَرَamaraF 14Be joinedيُوصَلَyusalaF 15And [they] spread corruptionوَيُفْسِدُونَwayufsidunaCBFCONJ+Vوَand+يُفْسِدُونَ[they] spread corruption 17The earthالْأَرْضِl-ardiIالthe+أَرْضِEarth 20Are the losersالْخَاسِرُونَl-khasirunaIالthe+خَاسِرُونَAre the losers كَيْفَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَكُنتُمْ أَمْوَٰتًا فَأَحْيَٰكُمْ ۖ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ ﴿28﴾
How can you disbelieve in Allah when you were lifeless and He brought you to life; then He will cause you to die, then He will bring you [back] to life, and then to Him you will be returned.

It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth. Then He directed Himself to the heaven, [His being above all creation], and made them seven heavens, and He is Knowing of all things.
