Free lessons and full notes — with a complete Academy for those who want to go further.
Everything on ILMHUB.org is free, and it will stay that way. Below is what you can study today, what is still being built, and how to choose between learning on your own and studying inside the Academy.
This is a growing project. Book One is finished; the rest are being recorded and released as they are made. Everything marked free stays free, insha Allah.

Best if you are happy to set your own pace, organise your own study, and keep yourself going.
Best if you have started before and stopped, if you want to know whether you have truly understood it, or if you want to be able to ask.
The Academy is where the full course lives — lessons in order, worksheets, quizzes, assessment, and a teacher to ask.

ILMHUB exists to help Muslims learn the Arabic they need to understand the Quran, explained in plain English, from the foundations upwards.
As each course is completed, the intention is to publish it freely on YouTube and ILMHUB.org, with notes, worksheets, quizzes, model answers and transcripts, insha Allah.
Teaching the language of the Quran is sadaqah jariyah. The knowledge is not for sale, and it will not be placed behind a wall.
What the Academy charges for is not the knowledge. It is the structure around it: the recording, the notes and worksheets, the marking, the platform that holds it all together, and the time to answer you personally.
If a lesson has benefited you, the most helpful thing you can do is help it reach someone else.
If you are able to contribute financially, your support helps maintain the website, improve the free resources, and keep the lessons coming.
Whether you share a lesson, leave a comment, make dua, or contribute, every sincere form of support is valued. JazakAllahu Khayran.
Book One, from Lesson One. It sets out the map of the language — the three word types, and how words build into phrases and sentences. Everything after it assumes that map.
Book One is complete. The others are being recorded and released as they are made. The list above shows exactly where each one stands, and it is kept current.
Both follow the same method, taught by the same teacher. YouTube lets you watch lessons. The Academy helps you study, practise, and build lasting understanding.
The Academy adds the revised Second Edition in order, slides and worksheets, marked quizzes, an assessment for every lesson, progress tracking, a certificate, and a teacher you can ask.
Yes. The Academy is a learning system, not a video library. Watching is passive; studying is active.
Work through the course properly — every practice sheet, every quiz, every assessment — until you reach mastery. That is what leaves you on solid ground for Book Two, where the study moves into the Arabic root system.
Book One is available on Amazon, which ships internationally.
The Second Edition of Book One and Book Two of the series are both in preparation. Insha Allah we will find a publisher so the books can be distributed more widely. We have no wider distribution at present, but that will come.
No. The book is for anyone studying at home on their own, and it is an excellent resource for that. Inside the Academy you need nothing extra — the lessons, notes, slides, worksheets, quizzes and assessments are all there. The book is good to have; it is not required.
No. There is no PDF of the book anywhere.
On the free site, each lesson has a downloadable assessment as a PDF, with a matching model answer PDF. The lesson notes themselves are published as web pages rather than downloads, so they can be corrected and improved as each course develops.
