وَٱلَّٰتِى يَأْتِينَ ٱلْفَٰحِشَةَ مِن نِّسَآئِكُمْ فَٱسْتَشْهِدُوا۟ عَلَيْهِنَّ أَرْبَعَةً مِّنكُمْ ۖ فَإِن شَهِدُوا۟ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ فِى ٱلْبُيُوتِ حَتَّىٰ يَتَوَفَّىٰهُنَّ ٱلْمَوْتُ أَوْ يَجْعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا ﴿15﴾

Those who commit unlawful sexual intercourse of your women - bring against them four [witnesses] from among you. And if they testify, confine the guilty women to houses until death takes them or Allah ordains for them [another] way.

Your womenنِسَائِكُمْCBIN+PRONATTنِسَائِYour women+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
Then call to witnessفَاسْتَشْهِدُواCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+اسْتَشْهِدُواCall to witness
Against themعَلَيْهِنَّCBHP+PRONATTعَلَىAgainst+هِنَّthem / their (f.)
FourأَرْبَعَةًI
Among youمِنْكُمْCBHP+PRONATTمِنْAmong+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
And ifفَإِنْCBHCONJ+CONDفَso / then+إِنْAnd if
They testifyشَهِدُواF
Then confine themفَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّCBFCONJ+V+PRONATTفَso / then+أَمْسِكُوConfine+هُنَّthem / their (f.)
InفِيH
Their housesالْبُيُوتِIالthe+بُيُوتِTheir houses
UntilحَتَّىH
Comes to themيَتَوَفَّاهُنَّCBFV+PRONATTيَتَوَفَّاComes to+هُنَّthem / their (f.)
[the] deathالْمَوْتُIالthe+مَوْتُ[the] death
OrأَوْH
Allah makesيَجْعَلَF
Allah makesاللَّهُI
For themلَهُنَّCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+هُنَّthem / their (f.)
A wayسَبِيلًاI

وَٱلَّذَانِ يَأْتِيَٰنِهَا مِنكُمْ فَـَٔاذُوهُمَا ۖ فَإِن تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْرِضُوا۟ عَنْهُمَآ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيمًا ﴿16﴾

And the two who commit it among you, dishonor them both. But if they repent and correct themselves, leave them alone. Indeed, Allah is ever Accepting of repentance and Merciful.

Then punish both of themفَآذُوهُمَاCBFCONJ+V+PRONATTفَso / then+آذُوPunish both of+هُمَاthem two
But ifفَإِنْCBHCONJ+CONDفَso / then+إِنْBut if
They repentتَابَاF
And correct themselvesوَأَصْلَحَاCBFCONJ+Vوَand+أَصْلَحَاCorrect themselves
Then turn awayفَأَعْرِضُواCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+أَعْرِضُواTurn away
From both of themعَنْهُمَاCBHP+PRONATTعَنْFrom both of+هُمَاthem two
IndeedإِنَّH
AllahاللَّهَI
IsكَانَF
Oft forgivingتَوَّابًاI
Most MercifulرَحِيمًاI

إِنَّمَا ٱلتَّوْبَةُ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ لِلَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ ٱلسُّوٓءَ بِجَهَٰلَةٍ ثُمَّ يَتُوبُونَ مِن قَرِيبٍ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ يَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا ﴿17﴾

The repentance accepted by Allah is only for those who do wrong in ignorance [or carelessness] and then repent soon after. It is those to whom Allah will turn in forgiveness, and Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.

In ignoranceبِجَهَالَةٍCBIP+Nبِwith / in+جَهَالَةٍIgnorance
ThenثُمَّH
They repentيَتُوبُونَF
Soon afterمِنْH
Soon afterقَرِيبٍI
Then thoseفَأُولَئِكَCBICONJ+DEMفَso / then+أُولَئِكَThose
Will have forgivenessيَتُوبُF
From AllahاللَّهُI
Upon themعَلَيْهِمْCBHP+PRONATTعَلَىUpon+هِمْthem / their
And Allah isوَكَانَCBFCONJ+Vوَand+كَانَAllah is
And Allah isاللَّهُI
All knowingعَلِيمًاI
All wiseحَكِيمًاI

وَلَيْسَتِ ٱلتَّوْبَةُ لِلَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَهُمُ ٱلْمَوْتُ قَالَ إِنِّى تُبْتُ ٱلْـَٰٔنَ وَلَا ٱلَّذِينَ يَمُوتُونَ وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا ﴿18﴾

But repentance is not [accepted] of those who [continue to] do evil deeds up until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "Indeed, I have repented now," or of those who die while they are disbelievers. For them We have prepared a painful punishment.

ApproachesحَضَرَF
One of themأَحَدَهُمُCBINUM+PRONATTأَحَدَOne of+هُمُthem / their
[the] deathالْمَوْتُIالthe+مَوْتُ[the] death
He saysقَالَF
Indeed iإِنِّيCBHACC+PRONATTإِIndeed i+نيme
RepentتُبْتُF
NowالْآنَI
And notوَلَاCBHCONJ+NEGوَand+لَاNot
Those whoالَّذِينَI
DieيَمُوتُونَF
While theyوَهُمْCBICONJ+PRONSUBJوَand+هُمْWhile they
Are disbelieversكُفَّارٌI
ThoseأُولَئِكَI
We have preparedأَعْتَدْنَاF
For themلَهُمْCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+هُمْthem / their
A punishmentعَذَابًاI
PainfulأَلِيمًاI

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَن تَرِثُوا۟ ٱلنِّسَآءَ كَرْهًا ۖ وَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُوا۟ بِبَعْضِ مَآ ءَاتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ إِلَّآ أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَٰحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ ۚ وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ فَإِن كَرِهْتُمُوهُنَّ فَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تَكْرَهُوا۟ شَيْـًٔا وَيَجْعَلَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا ﴿19﴾

O you who have believed, it is not lawful for you to inherit women by compulsion. And do not make difficulties for them in order to take [back] part of what you gave them unless they commit a clear immorality. And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good.

You constraint themتَعْضُلُوهُنَّCBFV+PRONATTتَعْضُلُوYou constraint+هُنَّthem / their (f.)
So that you may takeلِتَذْهَبُواCBFP+Vلِfor / to+تَذْهَبُواSo that you may take
A partبِبَعْضِCBIP+Nبِwith / in+بَعْضِA part
Of whatمَاI
You have given themآتَيْتُمُوهُنَّCBFV+PRONATTآتَيْتُمُوYou have given+هُنَّthem / their (f.)
ExceptإِلَّاHإِنْif=لَاnot
ThatأَنْH
They commitيَأْتِينَF
ImmoralityبِفَاحِشَةٍCBIP+Nبِwith / in+فَاحِشَةٍImmorality
OpenمُبَيِّنَةٍI
And live with themوَعَاشِرُوهُنَّCBFCONJ+V+PRONATTوَand+عَاشِرُوLive with+هُنَّthem / their (f.)
In kindnessبِالْمَعْرُوفِCBIP+Nبِwith / in+الthe+مَعْرُوفِKindness
But ifفَإِنْCBHCONJ+CONDفَso / then+إِنْBut if
You dislike themكَرِهْتُمُوهُنَّCBFV+PRONATTكَرِهْتُمُوYou dislike+هُنَّthem / their (f.)
Then perhapsفَعَسَىCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+عَسَىPerhaps
ThatأَنْH
You dislikeتَكْرَهُواF
A thingشَيْئًاI
And Allah placedوَيَجْعَلَCBFCONJ+Vوَand+يَجْعَلَAllah placed
And Allah placedاللَّهُI
In itفِيهِCBHP+PRONATTفِيIn+هِhim / his / it
Much goodخَيْرًاI
Much goodكَثِيرًاI

وَإِنْ أَرَدتُّمُ ٱسْتِبْدَالَ زَوْجٍ مَّكَانَ زَوْجٍ وَءَاتَيْتُمْ إِحْدَىٰهُنَّ قِنطَارًا فَلَا تَأْخُذُوا۟ مِنْهُ شَيْـًٔا ۚ أَتَأْخُذُونَهُۥ بُهْتَٰنًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا ﴿20﴾

But if you want to replace one wife with another and you have given one of them a great amount [in gifts], do not take [back] from it anything. Would you take it in injustice and manifest sin?

One of themإِحْدَاهُنَّCBINUM+PRONATTإِحْدَاOne of+هُنَّthem / their (f.)
Heap of goldقِنْطَارًاI
Then do notفَلَاCBHCONJ+PROفَso / then+لَاDo not
Take awayتَأْخُذُواF
From itمِنْهُCBHP+PRONATTمِنْFrom+هُhim / his / it
AnythingشَيْئًاI
Would you take itأَتَأْخُذُونَهُCBFINTG+V+PRONATTأَis it? / did?+تَأْخُذُونَWould you take+هُhim / his / it
By slanderبُهْتَانًاI
And a sinوَإِثْمًاCBICONJ+Nوَand+إِثْمًاA sin
OpenمُبِينًاI

وَكَيْفَ تَأْخُذُونَهُۥ وَقَدْ أَفْضَىٰ بَعْضُكُمْ إِلَىٰ بَعْضٍ وَأَخَذْنَ مِنكُم مِّيثَٰقًا غَلِيظًا ﴿21﴾

And how could you take it while you have gone in unto each other and they have taken from you a solemn covenant?

One of youبَعْضُكُمْCBIN+PRONATTبَعْضُOne of+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
ToإِلَىH
AnotherبَعْضٍI
And they have takenوَأَخَذْنَCBFCONJ+Vوَand+أَخَذْنَThey have taken
From youمِنْكُمْCBHP+PRONATTمِنْFrom+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
CovenantمِيثَاقًاI
StrongغَلِيظًاI

وَلَا تَنكِحُوا۟ مَا نَكَحَ ءَابَآؤُكُم مِّنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ فَٰحِشَةً وَمَقْتًا وَسَآءَ سَبِيلًا ﴿22﴾

And do not marry those [women] whom your fathers married, except what has already occurred. Indeed, it was an immorality and hateful [to Allah] and was evil as a way.

And an evilوَسَاءَCBFCONJ+Vوَand+سَاءَAn evil
