وَإِذْ أَخَذَ ٱللَّهُ مِيثَٰقَ ٱلنَّبِيِّۦنَ لَمَآ ءَاتَيْتُكُم مِّن كِتَٰبٍ وَحِكْمَةٍ ثُمَّ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مُّصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَكُمْ لَتُؤْمِنُنَّ بِهِۦ وَلَتَنصُرُنَّهُۥ ۚ قَالَ ءَأَقْرَرْتُمْ وَأَخَذْتُمْ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكُمْ إِصْرِى ۖ قَالُوٓا۟ أَقْرَرْنَا ۚ قَالَ فَٱشْهَدُوا۟ وَأَنَا۠ مَعَكُم مِّنَ ٱلشَّٰهِدِينَ ﴿81﴾
And [recall, O People of the Scripture], when Allah took the covenant of the prophets, [saying], "Whatever I give you of the Scripture and wisdom and then there comes to you a messenger confirming what is with you, you [must] believe in him and support him." [Allah] said, "Have you acknowledged and taken upon that My commitment?" They said, "We have acknowledged it." He said, "Then bear witness, and I am with you among the witnesses."

← read from right to left1And whenوَإِذْwa-idhCBICONJ+Tوَand+إِذْWhen 4CovenantمِيثَاقَmithaqaI 5Of the prophetsالنَّبِيِّينَl-nabiyinaIالthe+نَبِيِّينَOf the prophets 6Certainly whateverلَمَاlamaCBILAM+CONDلَfor / to+مَاCertainly whatever 7I have given youآتَيْتُكُمْataytukumCBFV+PRONATTآتَيْتُI have given+كُمْyou / your (pl.) 10And wisdomوَحِكْمَةٍwahikmatinCBICONJ+Nوَand+حِكْمَةٍWisdom 12Comes to youجَاءَكُمْja'akumCBFV+PRONATTجَاءَComes to+كُمْyou / your (pl.) 13A MessengerرَسُولٌrasulunI 14ConfirmingمُصَدِّقٌmusaddiqunI 15That whichلِمَاlimaCBIP+RELلِfor / to+مَاThat which 16Is with youمَعَكُمْma'akumI 17You must believeلَتُؤْمِنُنَّlatu'minunnaCBFLAM+V+PRONATTلَfor / to+تُؤْمِنُYou must believe+نَّemphasis 18In himبِهِbihiCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِhim / his / it 19And you must help himوَلَتَنْصُرُنَّهُwalatansurunnahuCBFCONJ+LAM+V+PRONATTوَand+لَfor / to+تَنْصُرُYou must help him+نَّemphasis+هُhim / his / it 21Do you affirmأَأَقْرَرْتُمْa-aqrartumCBFINTG+Vأَis it? / did?+أَقْرَرْتُمْYou affirm 22And takeوَأَخَذْتُمْwa-akhadhtumCBFCONJ+Vوَand+أَخَذْتُمْTake 24That conditionذَلِكُمْdhalikumI 27We affirmأَقْرَرْنَاaqrarnaF 29Then bear witnessفَاشْهَدُواfa-ishhaduCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+اشْهَدُواBear witness 31With youمَعَكُمْma'akumI 33The witnessesالشَّاهِدِينَl-shahidinaIالthe+شَاهِدِينَWitnesses فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ ﴿82﴾
And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.

So is it other than the religion of Allah they desire, while to Him have submitted [all] those within the heavens and earth, willingly or by compulsion, and to Him they will be returned?

← read from right to left1So is it other thanأَفَغَيْرَafaghayraCBIINTG+CONJ+Nأَis it? / did?+فَso / then+غَيْرَIs it other than 4They seekيَبْغُونَyabghunaF 6Have submittedأَسْلَمَaslamaF 9The heavensالسَّمَاوَاتِl-samawatiIالthe+سَمَوَاتِHeavens 10And the earthوَالْأَرْضِwal-ardiCBICONJ+Nوَand+الthe+أَرْضِEarth 11Willinglyطَوْعًاtaw'anI 12Or unwillinglyوَكَرْهًاwakarhanCBICONJ+Nوَand+كَرْهًاOr unwillingly 13And towards himوَإِلَيْهِwa-ilayhiCBHCONJ+P+PRONATTوَand+إِلَيْهِTowards him 14They will be returnedيُرْجَعُونَyurja'unaF قُلْ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَيْنَا وَمَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَىٰٓ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَإِسْمَٰعِيلَ وَإِسْحَٰقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَٱلْأَسْبَاطِ وَمَآ أُوتِىَ مُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰ وَٱلنَّبِيُّونَ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّنْهُمْ وَنَحْنُ لَهُۥ مُسْلِمُونَ ﴿84﴾
Say, "We have believed in Allah and in what was revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Descendants, and in what was given to Moses and Jesus and to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [submitting] to Him."

And whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers.

How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and had witnessed that the Messenger is true and clear signs had come to them? And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.

Those - their recompense will be that upon them is the curse of Allah and the angels and the people, all together,

Abiding eternally therein. The punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved.

Except for those who repent after that and correct themselves. For indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

Indeed, those who reject the message after their belief and then increase in disbelief - never will their [claimed] repentance be accepted, and they are the ones astray.

Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - never would the [whole] capacity of the earth in gold be accepted from one of them if he would [seek to] ransom himself with it. For those there will be a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers.
