الٓر ۚ تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ ٱلْمُبِينِ ﴿1﴾

Alif, Lam, Ra. These are the verses of the clear Book.

إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ قُرْءَٰنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ ﴿2﴾

Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an that you might understand.

نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ أَحْسَنَ ٱلْقَصَصِ بِمَآ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ وَإِن كُنتَ مِن قَبْلِهِۦ لَمِنَ ٱلْغَٰفِلِينَ ﴿3﴾

We relate to you, [O Muhammad], the best of stories in what We have revealed to you of this Qur'an although you were, before it, among the unaware.

AlthoughوَإِنْCBHCONJ+CONDوَand+إِنْAlthough
You wereكُنْتَF
Before itمِنْH
Before itقَبْلِهِCBIN+PRONATTقَبْلِBefore+هِhim / his / it
Surely amongلَمِنَCBHLAM+Pلَfor / to+مِنَSurely among
The unawareالْغَافِلِينَIالthe+غَافِلِينَUnaware

إِذْ قَالَ يُوسُفُ لِأَبِيهِ يَٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّى رَأَيْتُ أَحَدَ عَشَرَ كَوْكَبًا وَٱلشَّمْسَ وَٱلْقَمَرَ رَأَيْتُهُمْ لِى سَٰجِدِينَ ﴿4﴾

[Of these stories mention] when Joseph said to his father, "O my father, indeed I have seen [in a dream] eleven stars and the sun and the moon; I saw them prostrating to me."

And the moonوَالْقَمَرَCBICONJ+Nوَand+الthe+قَمَرَMoon
I saw themرَأَيْتُهُمْCBFV+PRONATTرَأَيْتُI saw+هُمْthem / their
To meلِيCBHP+PRONATTلِfor / to+يme / my
ProstratingسَاجِدِينَI

قَالَ يَٰبُنَىَّ لَا تَقْصُصْ رُءْيَاكَ عَلَىٰٓ إِخْوَتِكَ فَيَكِيدُوا۟ لَكَ كَيْدًا ۖ إِنَّ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنَ لِلْإِنسَٰنِ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ ﴿5﴾

He said, "O my son, do not relate your vision to your brothers or they will contrive against you a plan. Indeed Satan, to man, is a manifest enemy.

Lest they planفَيَكِيدُواCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+يَكِيدُواLest they plan
Against youلَكَCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+كَyou / your
A plotكَيْدًاI
IndeedإِنَّH
The devilالشَّيْطَانَIالthe+شَيْطَانَDevil
Is to manلِلْإِنْسَانِCBIP+Nلِلfor the+إِنْسَانِIs to man
An enemyعَدُوٌّI
OpenمُبِينٌI

وَكَذَٰلِكَ يَجْتَبِيكَ رَبُّكَ وَيُعَلِّمُكَ مِن تَأْوِيلِ ٱلْأَحَادِيثِ وَيُتِمُّ نِعْمَتَهُۥ عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَىٰٓ ءَالِ يَعْقُوبَ كَمَآ أَتَمَّهَا عَلَىٰٓ أَبَوَيْكَ مِن قَبْلُ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَإِسْحَٰقَ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ ﴿6﴾

And thus will your Lord choose you and teach you the interpretation of narratives and complete His favor upon you and upon the family of Jacob, as He completed it upon your fathers before, Abraham and Isaac. Indeed, your Lord is Knowing and Wise."

Of the narrativesالْأَحَادِيثِIالthe+أَحَادِيثِOf the narratives
And completeوَيُتِمُّCBFCONJ+Vوَand+يُتِمُّComplete
His favorنِعْمَتَهُCBIN+PRONATTنِعْمَتَHis favor+هُhim / his / it
On youعَلَيْكَCBHP+PRONATTعَلَىOn+كَyou / your
And onوَعَلَىCBHCONJ+Pوَand+عَلَىOn
The familyآلِI
Of jacobيَعْقُوبَI
AsكَمَاCBHP+SUBكَlike+مَاas
He completed itأَتَمَّهَاCBFV+PRONATTأَتَمَّHe completed+هَاher / it / its
OnعَلَىH
Your two forefathersأَبَوَيْكَCBIN+PRONATTأَبَوَيْYour two forefathers+كَyou / your
BeforeمِنْH
BeforeقَبْلُI
AbrahamإِبْرَاهِيمَI
And isaacوَإِسْحَاقَCBICONJ+PNوَand+إِسْحَاقَIsaac
IndeedإِنَّH
Your LordرَبَّكَCBIN+PRONATTرَبَّYour Lord+كَyou / your
Is all knowerعَلِيمٌI
All wiseحَكِيمٌI
