وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ ٱسْجُدُوا۟ لِءَادَمَ فَسَجَدُوٓا۟ إِلَّآ إِبْلِيسَ قَالَ ءَأَسْجُدُ لِمَنْ خَلَقْتَ طِينًا ﴿61﴾

And [mention] when We said to the angles, "Prostrate to Adam," and they prostrated, except for Iblees. He said, "Should I prostrate to one You created from clay?"

So they prostratedفَسَجَدُواCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+سَجَدُواThey prostrated
ExceptإِلَّاHإِنْif=لَاnot
IblisإِبْلِيسَI
He saidقَالَF
Shall i prostrateأَأَسْجُدُCBFINTG+Vأَis it? / did?+أَسْجُدُShall i prostrate
To one whomلِمَنْCBIP+RELلِfor / to+مَنْOne whom
You createdخَلَقْتَF
From clayطِينًاI

قَالَ أَرَءَيْتَكَ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِى كَرَّمْتَ عَلَىَّ لَئِنْ أَخَّرْتَنِ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ لَأَحْتَنِكَنَّ ذُرِّيَّتَهُۥٓ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا ﴿62﴾

[Iblees] said, "Do You see this one whom You have honored above me? If You delay me until the Day of Resurrection, I will surely destroy his descendants, except for a few."

You give me respiteأَخَّرْتَنِCBFV+PRONATTأَخَّرْتَYou give me respite+نِemphasis
TillإِلَىH
The dayيَوْمِI
Of the resurrectionالْقِيَامَةِIالthe+قِيَامَةِOf the resurrection
I will surely destroyلَأَحْتَنِكَنَّCBFLAM+V+PRONATTلَfor / to+أَحْتَنِكَI will surely destroy+نَّemphasis
His offspringذُرِّيَّتَهُCBIN+PRONATTذُرِّيَّتَHis offspring+هُhim / his / it
ExceptإِلَّاHإِنْif=لَاnot
A fewقَلِيلًاI

قَالَ ٱذْهَبْ فَمَن تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ فَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ جَزَآؤُكُمْ جَزَآءً مَّوْفُورًا ﴿63﴾

[Allah] said, "Go, for whoever of them follows you, indeed Hell will be the recompense of you - an ample recompense.

HellجَهَنَّمَI
Is your recompenseجَزَاؤُكُمْCBIN+PRONATTجَزَاؤُIs your recompense+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
A recompenseجَزَاءًI
AmpleمَوْفُورًاI

وَٱسْتَفْزِزْ مَنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتَ مِنْهُم بِصَوْتِكَ وَأَجْلِبْ عَلَيْهِم بِخَيْلِكَ وَرَجِلِكَ وَشَارِكْهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَمْوَٰلِ وَٱلْأَوْلَٰدِ وَعِدْهُمْ ۚ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا ﴿64﴾

And incite [to senselessness] whoever you can among them with your voice and assault them with your horses and foot soldiers and become a partner in their wealth and their children and promise them." But Satan does not promise them except delusion.

And assaultوَأَجْلِبْCBFCONJ+Vوَand+أَجْلِبْAssault
[on] themعَلَيْهِمْCBHP+PRONATTعَلَى[on]+هِمْthem / their
With your cavalryبِخَيْلِكَCBIP+N+PRONATTبِwith / in+خَيْلِYour cavalry+كَyou / your
And infantryوَرَجِلِكَCBICONJ+N+PRONATTوَand+رَجِلِInfantry+كَyou / your
And be a partnerوَشَارِكْهُمْCBFCONJ+V+PRONATTوَand+شَارِكْBe a partner+هُمْthem / their
InفِيH
The wealthالْأَمْوَالِIالthe+أَمْوَالِWealth
And the childrenوَالْأَوْلَادِCBICONJ+Nوَand+الthe+أَوْلَادِChildren
And promise themوَعِدْهُمْCBFCONJ+V+PRONATTوَand+عِدْPromise+هُمْthem / their
And notوَمَاCBHCONJ+NEGوَand+مَاNot
Promises themيَعِدُهُمُCBFV+PRONATTيَعِدُPromises+هُمُthem / their
The devilالشَّيْطَانُIالthe+شَيْطَانُDevil
ExceptإِلَّاHإِنْif=لَاnot
DelusionغُرُورًاI

إِنَّ عِبَادِى لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَٰنٌ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِرَبِّكَ وَكِيلًا ﴿65﴾

Indeed, over My [believing] servants there is for you no authority. And sufficient is your Lord as Disposer of affairs.

Any authorityسُلْطَانٌI
And sufficientوَكَفَىCBFCONJ+Vوَand+كَفَىSufficient
Is your LordبِرَبِّكَCBIP+N+PRONATTبِwith / in+رَبِّIs your Lord+كَyou / your
As a guardianوَكِيلًاI

رَّبُّكُمُ ٱلَّذِى يُزْجِى لَكُمُ ٱلْفُلْكَ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ لِتَبْتَغُوا۟ مِن فَضْلِهِۦٓ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا ﴿66﴾

It is your Lord who drives the ship for you through the sea that you may seek of His bounty. Indeed, He is ever, to you, Merciful.

Ever MercifulرَحِيمًاI

وَإِذَا مَسَّكُمُ ٱلضُّرُّ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ ضَلَّ مَن تَدْعُونَ إِلَّآ إِيَّاهُ ۖ فَلَمَّا نَجَّىٰكُمْ إِلَى ٱلْبَرِّ أَعْرَضْتُمْ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ كَفُورًا ﴿67﴾

And when adversity touches you at sea, lost are [all] those you invoke except for Him. But when He delivers you to the land, you turn away [from Him]. And ever is man ungrateful.

But whenفَلَمَّاCBICONJ+Tفَso / then+لَمَّاBut when
He delivers youنَجَّاكُمْCBFV+PRONATTنَجَّاHe delivers+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
ToإِلَىH
The landالْبَرِّIالthe+بَرِّLand
You turn awayأَعْرَضْتُمْF
And isوَكَانَCBFCONJ+Vوَand+كَانَIs
ManالْإِنْسَانُIالthe+إِنْسَانُMan
UngratefulكَفُورًاI

أَفَأَمِنتُمْ أَن يَخْسِفَ بِكُمْ جَانِبَ ٱلْبَرِّ أَوْ يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبًا ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُوا۟ لَكُمْ وَكِيلًا ﴿68﴾

Then do you feel secure that [instead] He will not cause a part of the land to swallow you or send against you a storm of stones? Then you would not find for yourselves an advocate.

A storm of stonesحَاصِبًاI
ThenثُمَّH
NotلَاH
You will findتَجِدُواF
For youلَكُمْCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
A guardianوَكِيلًاI

أَمْ أَمِنتُمْ أَن يُعِيدَكُمْ فِيهِ تَارَةً أُخْرَىٰ فَيُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ قَاصِفًا مِّنَ ٱلرِّيحِ فَيُغْرِقَكُم بِمَا كَفَرْتُمْ ۙ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُوا۟ لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا بِهِۦ تَبِيعًا ﴿69﴾

Or do you feel secure that He will not send you back into the sea another time and send upon you a hurricane of wind and drown you for what you denied? Then you would not find for yourselves against Us an avenger.

And drown youفَيُغْرِقَكُمْCBFCONJ+V+PRONATTفَso / then+يُغْرِقَAnd drown+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
BecauseبِمَاCBHP+SUBبِwith / in+مَاBecause
You disbelievedكَفَرْتُمْF
ThenثُمَّH
NotلَاH
You will findتَجِدُواF
For youلَكُمْCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
Against usعَلَيْنَاCBHP+PRONATTعَلَىAgainst+نَاus / our
ThereinبِهِCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِhim / his / it
An avengerتَبِيعًاI

وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِىٓ ءَادَمَ وَحَمَلْنَٰهُمْ فِى ٱلْبَرِّ وَٱلْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَٰهُم مِّنَ ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ وَفَضَّلْنَٰهُمْ عَلَىٰ كَثِيرٍ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلًا ﴿70﴾

And We have certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea and provided for them of the good things and preferred them over much of what We have created, with [definite] preference.

And we preferred themوَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْCBFCONJ+V+PRONATTوَand+فَضَّلْنَاWe preferred+هُمْthem / their
OverعَلَىH
ManyكَثِيرٍI
Of those whomمِمَّنْCBIP+RELمِنfrom / of=مَنْwhoever
