Indeed, We have made it an Arabic Qur'an that you might understand.

And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.

Then should We turn the message away, disregarding you, because you are a transgressing people?

And how many a prophet We sent among the former peoples,

But there would not come to them a prophet except that they used to ridicule him.

And We destroyed greater than them in [striking] power, and the example of the former peoples has preceded.

And if you should ask them, "Who has created the heavens and the earth?" they would surely say, "They were created by the Exalted in Might, the Knowing."

[The one] who has made for you the earth a bed and made for you upon it roads that you might be guided

And who sends down rain from the sky in measured amounts, and We revive thereby a dead land - thus will you be brought forth -

← read from right to left1And the one whoوَالَّذِيwa-alladhiCBICONJ+RELوَand+الَّذِيThe one who 2Sends downنَزَّلَnazzalaF 4The skyالسَّمَاءِl-sama'iIالthe+سَمَاءِSky 6In due measureبِقَدَرٍbiqadarinCBIP+Nبِwith / in+قَدَرٍDue measure 7Then we reviveفَأَنْشَرْنَاfa-ansharnaCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+أَنْشَرْنَاWe revive 8With itبِهِbihiCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِhim / his / it 11ThusكَذَلِكَkadhalikaCBIP+DEMكَlike+ذَلِكَThus 12You will be brought forthتُخْرَجُونَtukhrajunaF وَٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلْأَزْوَٰجَ كُلَّهَا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْفُلْكِ وَٱلْأَنْعَٰمِ مَا تَرْكَبُونَ ﴿12﴾
And who created the species, all of them, and has made for you of ships and animals those which you mount.

← read from right to left1And the one whoوَالَّذِيwa-alladhiCBICONJ+RELوَand+الَّذِيThe one who 3The pairsالْأَزْوَاجَl-azwajaIالthe+أَزْوَاجَPairs 4All of themكُلَّهَاkullahaCBIN+PRONATTكُلَّAll of+هَاher / it / its 5And madeوَجَعَلَwaja'alaCBFCONJ+Vوَand+جَعَلَMade 6For youلَكُمْlakumCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+كُمْyou / your (pl.) 8The shipsالْفُلْكِl-fulkiIالthe+فُلْكِShips 9And the cattleوَالْأَنْعَامِwal-an'amiCBICONJ+Nوَand+الthe+أَنْعَامِCattle 11You rideتَرْكَبُونَtarkabunaF لِتَسْتَوُۥا۟ عَلَىٰ ظُهُورِهِۦ ثُمَّ تَذْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَةَ رَبِّكُمْ إِذَا ٱسْتَوَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ وَتَقُولُوا۟ سُبْحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِى سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُۥ مُقْرِنِينَ ﴿13﴾
That you may settle yourselves upon their backs and then remember the favor of your Lord when you have settled upon them and say. "Exalted is He who has subjected this to us, and we could not have [otherwise] subdued it.

← read from right to left1That you may sit firmlyلِتَسْتَوُواlitastawuCBFP+Vلِfor / to+تَسْتَوُواThat you may sit firmly 3Their backsظُهُورِهِzuhurihiCBIN+PRONATTظُهُورِTheir backs+هِhim / his / it 5RememberتَذْكُرُواtadhkuruF 6The favorنِعْمَةَni'mataI 7Of your LordرَبِّكُمْrabbikumCBIN+PRONATTرَبِّOf your Lord+كُمْyou / your (pl.) 9You sit firmlyاسْتَوَيْتُمْistawaytumF 10On themعَلَيْهِ'alayhiCBHP+PRONATTعَلَىOn+هِhim / his / it 11And sayوَتَقُولُواwataquluCBFCONJ+Vوَand+تَقُولُواSay 12Glory be toسُبْحَانَsubhanaI 13The one whoالَّذِيalladhiI 14Has subjectedسَخَّرَsakharaF 20CapableمُقْرِنِينَmuqrininaI وَإِنَّآ إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا لَمُنقَلِبُونَ ﴿14﴾
And indeed we, to our Lord, will [surely] return."
