يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلرُّسُلُ كُلُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ وَٱعْمَلُوا۟ صَٰلِحًا ۖ إِنِّى بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ عَلِيمٌ ﴿51﴾
[Allah said], "O messengers, eat from the good foods and work righteousness. Indeed, I, of what you do, am Knowing.

وَإِنَّ هَٰذِهِۦٓ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَٰحِدَةً وَأَنَا۠ رَبُّكُمْ فَٱتَّقُونِ ﴿52﴾
And indeed this, your religion, is one religion, and I am your Lord, so fear Me."

But the people divided their religion among them into sects - each faction, in what it has, rejoicing.

فَذَرْهُمْ فِى غَمْرَتِهِمْ حَتَّىٰ حِينٍ ﴿54﴾
So leave them in their confusion for a time.

أَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّمَا نُمِدُّهُم بِهِۦ مِن مَّالٍ وَبَنِينَ ﴿55﴾
Do they think that what We extend to them of wealth and children

Do they thinkأَيَحْسَبُونَCBFINTG+Vأَis it? / did?+يَحْسَبُونَThey think We extend to themنُمِدُّهُمْCBFV+PRONATTنُمِدُّWe extend to+هُمْthem / their And childrenوَبَنِينَCBICONJ+Nوَand+بَنِينَChildren
نُسَارِعُ لَهُمْ فِى ٱلْخَيْرَٰتِ ۚ بَل لَّا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿56﴾
Is [because] We hasten for them good things? Rather, they do not perceive.

The goodالْخَيْرَاتِIالthe+خَيْرَاتِGood They perceiveيَشْعُرُونَF
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ خَشْيَةِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ ﴿57﴾
Indeed, they who are apprehensive from fear of their Lord

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿58﴾
And they who believe in the signs of their Lord

And thoseوَالَّذِينَCBICONJ+RELوَand+الَّذِينَThose In the signsبِآيَاتِCBIP+Nبِwith / in+آيَاتِThe signs Of their LordرَبِّهِمْCBIN+PRONATTرَبِّOf their Lord+هِمْthem / their
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِرَبِّهِمْ لَا يُشْرِكُونَ ﴿59﴾
And they who do not associate anything with their Lord

And thoseوَالَّذِينَCBICONJ+RELوَand+الَّذِينَThose With their LordبِرَبِّهِمْCBIP+N+PRONATTبِwith / in+رَبِّTheir Lord+هِمْthem / their Associate partnersيُشْرِكُونَF
وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْتُونَ مَآ ءَاتَوا۟ وَّقُلُوبُهُمْ وَجِلَةٌ أَنَّهُمْ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ رَٰجِعُونَ ﴿60﴾
And they who give what they give while their hearts are fearful because they will be returning to their Lord -

And those whoوَالَّذِينَCBICONJ+RELوَand+الَّذِينَThose who While their heartsوَقُلُوبُهُمْCBICONJ+N+PRONATTوَand+قُلُوبُWhile their hearts+هُمْthem / their Their LordرَبِّهِمْCBIN+PRONATTرَبِّTheir Lord+هِمْthem / their
أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ يُسَٰرِعُونَ فِى ٱلْخَيْرَٰتِ وَهُمْ لَهَا سَٰبِقُونَ ﴿61﴾
It is those who hasten to good deeds, and they outstrip [others] therein.

The good deedsالْخَيْرَاتِIالthe+خَيْرَاتِGood deeds
وَلَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۖ وَلَدَيْنَا كِتَٰبٌ يَنطِقُ بِٱلْحَقِّ ۚ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ ﴿62﴾
And We charge no soul except [with that within] its capacity, and with Us is a record which speaks with truth; and they will not be wronged.

ExceptإِلَّاHإِنْif=لَاnot To its capacityوُسْعَهَاCBIN+PRONATTوُسْعَTo its capacity+هَاher / it / its With the truthبِالْحَقِّCBIP+Nبِwith / in+الthe+حَقِّTruth
بَلْ قُلُوبُهُمْ فِى غَمْرَةٍ مِّنْ هَٰذَا وَلَهُمْ أَعْمَٰلٌ مِّن دُونِ ذَٰلِكَ هُمْ لَهَا عَٰمِلُونَ ﴿63﴾
But their hearts are covered with confusion over this, and they have [evil] deeds besides disbelief which they are doing,

Their heartsقُلُوبُهُمْCBIN+PRONATTقُلُوبُTheir hearts+هُمْthem / their
حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَخَذْنَا مُتْرَفِيهِم بِٱلْعَذَابِ إِذَا هُمْ يَجْـَٔرُونَ ﴿64﴾
Until when We seize their affluent ones with punishment, at once they are crying [to Allah] for help.

Their affluent onesمُتْرَفِيهِمْCBIN+PRONATTمُتْرَفِيTheir affluent ones+هِمْthem / their With the punishmentبِالْعَذَابِCBIP+Nبِwith / in+الthe+عَذَابِPunishment
لَا تَجْـَٔرُوا۟ ٱلْيَوْمَ ۖ إِنَّكُم مِّنَّا لَا تُنصَرُونَ ﴿65﴾
Do not cry out today. Indeed, by Us you will not be helped.

TodayالْيَوْمَIالthe+يَوْمَToday Indeed youإِنَّكُمْCBHACC+PRONATTإِنَّIndeed+كُمْyou / your (pl.) Will be helpedتُنْصَرُونَF
قَدْ كَانَتْ ءَايَٰتِى تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَكُنتُمْ عَلَىٰٓ أَعْقَٰبِكُمْ تَنكِصُونَ ﴿66﴾
My verses had already been recited to you, but you were turning back on your heels

To youعَلَيْكُمْCBHP+PRONATTعَلَىTo+كُمْyou / your (pl.) But you usedفَكُنْتُمْCBFCONJ+Vفَso / then+كُنْتُمْBut you used Your heelsأَعْقَابِكُمْCBIN+PRONATTأَعْقَابِYour heels+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
مُسْتَكْبِرِينَ بِهِۦ سَٰمِرًا تَهْجُرُونَ ﴿67﴾
In arrogance regarding it, conversing by night, speaking evil.

Being arrogantمُسْتَكْبِرِينَI Conversing by nightسَامِرًاI Speaking evilتَهْجُرُونَF
أَفَلَمْ يَدَّبَّرُوا۟ ٱلْقَوْلَ أَمْ جَآءَهُم مَّا لَمْ يَأْتِ ءَابَآءَهُمُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ ﴿68﴾
Then have they not reflected over the Qur'an, or has there come to them that which had not come to their forefathers?

أَمْ لَمْ يَعْرِفُوا۟ رَسُولَهُمْ فَهُمْ لَهُۥ مُنكِرُونَ ﴿69﴾
Or did they not know their Messenger, so they are toward him disacknowledging?

أَمْ يَقُولُونَ بِهِۦ جِنَّةٌۢ ۚ بَلْ جَآءَهُم بِٱلْحَقِّ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَٰرِهُونَ ﴿70﴾
Or do they say, "In him is madness?" Rather, he brought them the truth, but most of them, to the truth, are averse.

وَلَوِ ٱتَّبَعَ ٱلْحَقُّ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ لَفَسَدَتِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ وَٱلْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ ۚ بَلْ أَتَيْنَٰهُم بِذِكْرِهِمْ فَهُمْ عَن ذِكْرِهِم مُّعْرِضُونَ ﴿71﴾
But if the Truth had followed their inclinations, the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would have been ruined. Rather, We have brought them their message, but they, from their message, are turning away.

We have brought themأَتَيْنَاهُمْCBFV+PRONATTأَتَيْنَاWe have brought+هُمْthem / their Their reminderبِذِكْرِهِمْCBIP+N+PRONATTبِwith / in+ذِكْرِTheir reminder+هِمْthem / their Their reminderذِكْرِهِمْCBIN+PRONATTذِكْرِTheir reminder+هِمْthem / their Are turning awayمُعْرِضُونَI
أَمْ تَسْـَٔلُهُمْ خَرْجًا فَخَرَاجُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ ۖ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ ﴿72﴾
Or do you, [O Muhammad], ask them for payment? But the reward of your Lord is best, and He is the best of providers.

You ask themتَسْأَلُهُمْCBFV+PRONATTتَسْأَلُYou ask+هُمْthem / their But the paymentفَخَرَاجُCBICONJ+Nفَso / then+خَرَاجُBut the payment Of your LordرَبِّكَCBIN+PRONATTرَبِّOf your Lord+كَyou / your Of the providersالرَّازِقِينَIالthe+رَازِقِينَOf the providers
وَإِنَّكَ لَتَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ ﴿73﴾
And indeed, you invite them to a straight path.

Certainly call themلَتَدْعُوهُمْCBFLAM+V+PRONATTلَfor / to+تَدْعُوCertainly call+هُمْthem / their
وَإِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْءَاخِرَةِ عَنِ ٱلصِّرَٰطِ لَنَٰكِبُونَ ﴿74﴾
But indeed, those who do not believe in the Hereafter are deviating from the path.

In the HereafterبِالْآخِرَةِCBIP+Nبِwith / in+الthe+آخِرَةِHereafter The pathالصِّرَاطِIالthe+صِرَاطِPath Surely are deviatingلَنَاكِبُونَCBILAM+Nلَfor / to+نَاكِبُونَSurely are deviating
وَلَوْ رَحِمْنَٰهُمْ وَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِم مِّن ضُرٍّ لَّلَجُّوا۟ فِى طُغْيَٰنِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ ﴿75﴾
And even if We gave them mercy and removed what was upon them of affliction, they would persist in their transgression, wandering blindly.

We had mercy on themرَحِمْنَاهُمْCBFV+PRONATTرَحِمْنَاWe had mercy on+هُمْthem / their And we removedوَكَشَفْنَاCBFCONJ+Vوَand+كَشَفْنَاWe removed Was on themبِهِمْCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِمْthem / their Surely they would persistلَلَجُّواCBFLAM+Vلَfor / to+لَجُّواSurely they would persist Their transgressionطُغْيَانِهِمْCBIN+PRONATTطُغْيَانِTheir transgression+هِمْthem / their Wandering blindlyيَعْمَهُونَF
وَلَقَدْ أَخَذْنَٰهُم بِٱلْعَذَابِ فَمَا ٱسْتَكَانُوا۟ لِرَبِّهِمْ وَمَا يَتَضَرَّعُونَ ﴿76﴾
And We had gripped them with suffering [as a warning], but they did not yield to their Lord, nor did they humbly supplicate, [and will continue thus]

We seized themأَخَذْنَاهُمْCBFV+PRONATTأَخَذْنَاWe seized+هُمْthem / their With the punishmentبِالْعَذَابِCBIP+Nبِwith / in+الthe+عَذَابِPunishment To their LordلِرَبِّهِمْCBIP+N+PRONATTلِfor / to+رَبِّTheir Lord+هِمْthem / their They supplicate humblyيَتَضَرَّعُونَF
حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِم بَابًا ذَا عَذَابٍ شَدِيدٍ إِذَا هُمْ فِيهِ مُبْلِسُونَ ﴿77﴾
Until when We have opened before them a door of severe punishment, immediately they will be therein in despair.
