Ya, Seen.

That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware.

Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe.

Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft.

And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see.

← read from right to left1And we have madeوَجَعَلْنَاwaja'alnaCBFCONJ+Vوَand+جَعَلْنَاWe have made 4Before themأَيْدِيهِمْaydihimCBIN+PRONATTأَيْدِيBefore+هِمْthem / their 6And behind themوَمِنْwaminCBHCONJ+Pوَand+مِنْBehind them 7And behind themخَلْفِهِمْkhalfihimCBIN+PRONATTخَلْفِAnd behind+هِمْthem / their 9And we covered themفَأَغْشَيْنَاهُمْfa-aghshaynahumCBFCONJ+V+PRONATTفَso / then+أَغْشَيْنَاAnd we covered+هُمْthem / their 12SeeيُبْصِرُونَyubsirunaF وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿10﴾
And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.

← read from right to left1And it is sameوَسَوَاءٌwasawa'onCBICONJ+Nوَand+سَوَاءٌIt is same 2To themعَلَيْهِمْ'alayhimCBHP+PRONATTعَلَىTo+هِمْthem / their 3Whether you warn themأَأَنْذَرْتَهُمْa-andhartahumCBFINTG+V+PRONATTأَis it? / did?+أَنْذَرْتَWhether you warn+هُمْthem / their 6Warn themتُنْذِرْهُمْtundhirhumCBFV+PRONATTتُنْذِرْWarn+هُمْthem / their 8They will believeيُؤْمِنُونَyu'minunaF إِنَّمَا تُنذِرُ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ ٱلذِّكْرَ وَخَشِىَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنَ بِٱلْغَيْبِ ۖ فَبَشِّرْهُ بِمَغْفِرَةٍ وَأَجْرٍ كَرِيمٍ ﴿11﴾
You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward.

← read from right to left1OnlyإِنَّمَاinnamaCBHإِنَّindeed=مَاonly 2You can warnتُنْذِرُtundhiruF 4Followsاتَّبَعَittaba'aF 5The reminderالذِّكْرَl-dhikraIالthe+ذِكْرَReminder 6And fearsوَخَشِيَwakhashiyaCBFCONJ+Vوَand+خَشِيَFears 7The most Graciousالرَّحْمَنَl-rahmanaIالthe+رَحْمَنَMost Gracious 8In the unseenبِالْغَيْبِbil-ghaybiCBIP+Nبِwith / in+الthe+غَيْبِUnseen 9So give him glad tidingsفَبَشِّرْهُfabashirhuCBFCONJ+V+PRONATTفَso / then+بَشِّرْGive him glad tidings+هُhim / his / it 10Of forgivenessبِمَغْفِرَةٍbimaghfiratinCBIP+Nبِwith / in+مَغْفِرَةٍOf forgiveness 11And a rewardوَأَجْرٍwa-ajrinCBICONJ+Nوَand+أَجْرٍA reward إِنَّا نَحْنُ نُحْىِ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ وَنَكْتُبُ مَا قَدَّمُوا۟ وَءَاثَٰرَهُمْ ۚ وَكُلَّ شَىْءٍ أَحْصَيْنَٰهُ فِىٓ إِمَامٍ مُّبِينٍ ﴿12﴾
Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register.
