سَيَقُولُ لَكَ ٱلْمُخَلَّفُونَ مِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ شَغَلَتْنَآ أَمْوَٰلُنَا وَأَهْلُونَا فَٱسْتَغْفِرْ لَنَا ۚ يَقُولُونَ بِأَلْسِنَتِهِم مَّا لَيْسَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ ۚ قُلْ فَمَن يَمْلِكُ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيْـًٔا إِنْ أَرَادَ بِكُمْ ضَرًّا أَوْ أَرَادَ بِكُمْ نَفْعًۢا ۚ بَلْ كَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًۢا ﴿11﴾

Those who remained behind of the bedouins will say to you, "Our properties and our families occupied us, so ask forgiveness for us." They say with their tongues what is not within their hearts. Say, "Then who could prevent Allah at all if He intended for you harm or intended for you benefit? Rather, ever is Allah, with what you do, Acquainted.

For usلَنَاCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+نَاus / our
They sayيَقُولُونَF
With their tonguesبِأَلْسِنَتِهِمْCBIP+N+PRONATTبِwith / in+أَلْسِنَتِTheir tongues+هِمْthem / their
WhatمَاI
Is notلَيْسَF
InفِيH
Their heartsقُلُوبِهِمْCBIN+PRONATTقُلُوبِTheir hearts+هِمْthem / their
SayقُلْF
Then whoفَمَنْCBICONJ+INTGفَso / then+مَنْWho
Has powerيَمْلِكُF
For youلَكُمْCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
AgainstمِنَH
AllahاللَّهِI
In anythingشَيْئًاI
IfإِنْH
He intendsأَرَادَF
For youبِكُمْCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
HarmضَرًّاI
OrأَوْH
He intendsأَرَادَF
For youبِكُمْCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
A benefitنَفْعًاI
NayبَلْH
IsكَانَF
AllahاللَّهُI
Of whatبِمَاCBIP+RELبِwith / in+مَاOf what
You doتَعْمَلُونَF
All awareخَبِيرًاI

بَلْ ظَنَنتُمْ أَن لَّن يَنقَلِبَ ٱلرَّسُولُ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِيهِمْ أَبَدًا وَزُيِّنَ ذَٰلِكَ فِى قُلُوبِكُمْ وَظَنَنتُمْ ظَنَّ ٱلسَّوْءِ وَكُنتُمْ قَوْمًۢا بُورًا ﴿12﴾

But you thought that the Messenger and the believers would never return to their families, ever, and that was made pleasing in your hearts. And you assumed an assumption of evil and became a people ruined."

That was made fair seemingوَزُيِّنَCBFCONJ+Vوَand+زُيِّنَThat was made fair seeming
That was made fair seemingذَلِكَI
InفِيH
Your heartsقُلُوبِكُمْCBIN+PRONATTقُلُوبِYour hearts+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
And you assumedوَظَنَنْتُمْCBFCONJ+Vوَand+ظَنَنْتُمْYou assumed
An assumptionظَنَّI
EvilالسَّوْءِIالthe+سَوْءِEvil
And you becameوَكُنْتُمْCBFCONJ+Vوَand+كُنْتُمْYou became
A peopleقَوْمًاI
RuinedبُورًاI

وَمَن لَّمْ يُؤْمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ فَإِنَّآ أَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَٰفِرِينَ سَعِيرًا ﴿13﴾

And whoever has not believed in Allah and His Messenger - then indeed, We have prepared for the disbelievers a Blaze.

Then indeed weفَإِنَّاCBHCONJ+ACC+PRONATTفَso / then+إِIndeed we+ناus / our
[we] have preparedأَعْتَدْنَاF
For the disbelieversلِلْكَافِرِينَCBIP+Nلِلfor the+كَافِرِينَDisbelievers
A blazing fireسَعِيرًاI

وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا ﴿14﴾

And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.

Is the kingdomمُلْكُI
Of the heavensالسَّمَاوَاتِIالthe+سَمَوَاتِOf the heavens
And the earthوَالْأَرْضِCBICONJ+Nوَand+الthe+أَرْضِEarth
He forgivesيَغْفِرُF
WhomلِمَنْCBIP+RELلِfor / to+مَنْWhom
He willsيَشَاءُF
And punishesوَيُعَذِّبُCBFCONJ+Vوَand+يُعَذِّبُPunishes
WhomمَنْI
He willsيَشَاءُF
And isوَكَانَCBFCONJ+Vوَand+كَانَIs
AllahاللَّهُI
Oft forgivingغَفُورًاI
Most MercifulرَحِيمًاI

سَيَقُولُ ٱلْمُخَلَّفُونَ إِذَا ٱنطَلَقْتُمْ إِلَىٰ مَغَانِمَ لِتَأْخُذُوهَا ذَرُونَا نَتَّبِعْكُمْ ۖ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُبَدِّلُوا۟ كَلَٰمَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ قُل لَّن تَتَّبِعُونَا كَذَٰلِكُمْ قَالَ ٱللَّهُ مِن قَبْلُ ۖ فَسَيَقُولُونَ بَلْ تَحْسُدُونَنَا ۚ بَلْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا ﴿15﴾

Those who remained behind will say when you set out toward the war booty to take it, "Let us follow you." They wish to change the words of Allah. Say, "Never will you follow us. Thus did Allah say before." So they will say, "Rather, you envy us." But [in fact] they were not understanding except a little.

Of AllahاللَّهِI
SayقُلْF
NeverلَنْH
Will you followتَتَّبِعُونَاCBFV+PRONATTتَتَّبِعُوWill you follow+نَاus / our
ThusكَذَلِكُمْCBIP+DEMكَlike+ذَلِكُمْThus
Allah saidقَالَF
Allah saidاللَّهُI
BeforeمِنْH
BeforeقَبْلُI
Then they will sayفَسَيَقُولُونَCBFCONJ+FUT+Vفَso / then+سَwill+يَقُولُونَThey will say
NayبَلْH
You envy usتَحْسُدُونَنَاCBFV+PRONATTتَحْسُدُونَYou envy+نَاus / our
NayبَلْH
They wereكَانُواF
NotلَاH
UnderstandingيَفْقَهُونَF
ExceptإِلَّاHإِنْif=لَاnot
A littleقَلِيلًاI

قُل لِّلْمُخَلَّفِينَ مِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ سَتُدْعَوْنَ إِلَىٰ قَوْمٍ أُو۟لِى بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ تُقَٰتِلُونَهُمْ أَوْ يُسْلِمُونَ ۖ فَإِن تُطِيعُوا۟ يُؤْتِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ أَجْرًا حَسَنًا ۖ وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوْا۟ كَمَا تَوَلَّيْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا ﴿16﴾

Say to those who remained behind of the bedouins, "You will be called to [face] a people of great military might; you may fight them, or they will submit. So if you obey, Allah will give you a good reward; but if you turn away as you turned away before, He will punish you with a painful punishment."

OrأَوْH
They will submitيُسْلِمُونَF
Then ifفَإِنْCBHCONJ+CONDفَso / then+إِنْIf
You obeyتُطِيعُواF
Allah will give youيُؤْتِكُمُCBFV+PRONATTيُؤْتِAllah will give+كُمُyou / your (pl.)
Allah will give youاللَّهُI
A rewardأَجْرًاI
GoodحَسَنًاI
But ifوَإِنْCBHCONJ+CONDوَand+إِنْBut if
You turn awayتَتَوَلَّوْاF
AsكَمَاCBHP+SUBكَlike+مَاas
You turned awayتَوَلَّيْتُمْF
BeforeمِنْH
BeforeقَبْلُI
He will punish youيُعَذِّبْكُمْCBFV+PRONATTيُعَذِّبْHe will punish+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
With a punishmentعَذَابًاI
PainfulأَلِيمًاI

لَّيْسَ عَلَى ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْأَعْرَجِ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْمَرِيضِ حَرَجٌ ۗ وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ يُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ ۖ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ يُعَذِّبْهُ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا ﴿17﴾

There is not upon the blind any guilt or upon the lame any guilt or upon the ill any guilt [for remaining behind]. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger - He will admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow; but whoever turns away - He will punish him with a painful punishment.

To gardensجَنَّاتٍI
FlowتَجْرِيF
FromمِنْH
Underneath themتَحْتِهَاCBIN+PRONATTتَحْتِUnderneath+هَاher / it / its
The riversالْأَنْهَارُIالthe+أَنْهَارُRivers
But whoeverوَمَنْCBICONJ+CONDوَand+مَنْBut whoever
Turns awayيَتَوَلَّF
He will punish himيُعَذِّبْهُCBFV+PRONATTيُعَذِّبْHe will punish+هُhim / his / it
With a punishmentعَذَابًاI
