يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ لِمَ تُحَرِّمُ مَآ أَحَلَّ ٱللَّهُ لَكَ ۖ تَبْتَغِى مَرْضَاتَ أَزْوَٰجِكَ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ﴿1﴾

O Prophet, why do you prohibit [yourself from] what Allah has made lawful for you, seeking the approval of your wives? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

SeekingتَبْتَغِيF
To pleaseمَرْضَاتَI
Your wivesأَزْوَاجِكَCBIN+PRONATTأَزْوَاجِYour wives+كَyou / your
And AllahوَاللَّهُCBICONJ+PNوَand+اللَّهُAllah
Is oft forgivingغَفُورٌI
Most MercifulرَحِيمٌI

قَدْ فَرَضَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ تَحِلَّةَ أَيْمَٰنِكُمْ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ﴿2﴾

Allah has already ordained for you [Muslims] the dissolution of your oaths. And Allah is your protector, and He is the Knowing, the Wise.

IndeedقَدْH
Allah has ordainedفَرَضَF
Allah has ordainedاللَّهُI
For youلَكُمْCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
The dissolutionتَحِلَّةَI
Of your oathsأَيْمَانِكُمْCBIN+PRONATTأَيْمَانِOf your oaths+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
And AllahوَاللَّهُCBICONJ+PNوَand+اللَّهُAllah
Is your protectorمَوْلَاكُمْCBIN+PRONATTمَوْلَاIs your protector+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
And heوَهُوَCBICONJ+PRONSUBJوَand+هُوَHe
Is the all knowerالْعَلِيمُIالthe+عَلِيمُIs the all knower
The all wiseالْحَكِيمُIالthe+حَكِيمُAll wise

وَإِذْ أَسَرَّ ٱلنَّبِىُّ إِلَىٰ بَعْضِ أَزْوَٰجِهِۦ حَدِيثًا فَلَمَّا نَبَّأَتْ بِهِۦ وَأَظْهَرَهُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ عَرَّفَ بَعْضَهُۥ وَأَعْرَضَ عَنۢ بَعْضٍ ۖ فَلَمَّا نَبَّأَهَا بِهِۦ قَالَتْ مَنْ أَنۢبَأَكَ هَٰذَا ۖ قَالَ نَبَّأَنِىَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ ﴿3﴾

And [remember] when the Prophet confided to one of his wives a statement; and when she informed [another] of it and Allah showed it to him, he made known part of it and ignored a part. And when he informed her about it, she said, "Who told you this?" He said, "I was informed by the Knowing, the Acquainted."

She informedنَبَّأَتْF
About itبِهِCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِhim / his / it
And Allah made it apparentوَأَظْهَرَهُCBFCONJ+V+PRONATTوَand+أَظْهَرَAllah made it apparent+هُhim / his / it
And Allah made it apparentاللَّهُI
To himعَلَيْهِCBHP+PRONATTعَلَىTo+هِhim / his / it
He made knownعَرَّفَF
A part of itبَعْضَهُCBIN+PRONATTبَعْضَA part of+هُhim / his / it
And avoidedوَأَعْرَضَCBFCONJ+Vوَand+أَعْرَضَAvoided
[of]عَنْH
A partبَعْضٍI
Then whenفَلَمَّاCBICONJ+Tفَso / then+لَمَّاWhen
He informed herنَبَّأَهَاCBFV+PRONATTنَبَّأَHe informed+هَاher / it / its
About itبِهِCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِhim / his / it
She saidقَالَتْF
WhoمَنْI
Informed youأَنْبَأَكَCBFV+PRONATTأَنْبَأَInformed+كَyou / your
ThisهَذَاI
He saidقَالَF
Has informed meنَبَّأَنِيَCBFV+PRONATTنَبَّأَHas informed+نِيَme
The all knowerالْعَلِيمُIالthe+عَلِيمُAll knower
The all awareالْخَبِيرُIالthe+خَبِيرُAll aware

إِن تَتُوبَآ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ فَقَدْ صَغَتْ قُلُوبُكُمَا ۖ وَإِن تَظَٰهَرَا عَلَيْهِ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ مَوْلَىٰهُ وَجِبْرِيلُ وَصَٰلِحُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۖ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ ظَهِيرٌ ﴿4﴾

If you two [wives] repent to Allah, [it is best], for your hearts have deviated. But if you cooperate against him - then indeed Allah is his protector, and Gabriel and the righteous of the believers and the angels, moreover, are [his] assistants.

So indeedفَقَدْCBHCONJ+CERTفَso / then+قَدْIndeed
Are inclinedصَغَتْF
Your heartsقُلُوبُكُمَاCBIN+PRONATTقُلُوبُYour hearts+كُمَاyou two
But ifوَإِنْCBHCONJ+CONDوَand+إِنْBut if
You backup each otherتَظَاهَرَاF
Against himعَلَيْهِCBHP+PRONATTعَلَىAgainst+هِhim / his / it
Then indeedفَإِنَّCBHCONJ+ACCفَso / then+إِنَّIndeed
AllahاللَّهَI
HeهُوَI
Is his protectorمَوْلَاهُCBIN+PRONATTمَوْلَاIs his protector+هُhim / his / it
And jibreelوَجِبْرِيلُCBICONJ+PNوَand+جِبْرِيلُJibreel
And the righteousوَصَالِحُCBICONJ+Nوَand+صَالِحُThe righteous
BelieversالْمُؤْمِنِينَIالthe+مُؤْمِنِينَBelievers
And the angelsوَالْمَلَائِكَةُCBICONJ+Nوَand+الthe+مَلَائِكَةُAngels
AfterبَعْدَI
ThatذَلِكَI
Are his assistantsظَهِيرٌI

عَسَىٰ رَبُّهُۥٓ إِن طَلَّقَكُنَّ أَن يُبْدِلَهُۥٓ أَزْوَٰجًا خَيْرًا مِّنكُنَّ مُسْلِمَٰتٍ مُّؤْمِنَٰتٍ قَٰنِتَٰتٍ تَٰٓئِبَٰتٍ عَٰبِدَٰتٍ سَٰٓئِحَٰتٍ ثَيِّبَٰتٍ وَأَبْكَارًا ﴿5﴾

Perhaps his Lord, if he divorced you [all], would substitute for him wives better than you - submitting [to Allah], believing, devoutly obedient, repentant, worshipping, and traveling - [ones] previously married and virgins.

[that]أَنْH
He will substitute for himيُبْدِلَهُCBFV+PRONATTيُبْدِلَHe will substitute for+هُhim / his / it
WivesأَزْوَاجًاI
BetterخَيْرًاI
Than youمِنْكُنَّCBHP+PRONATTمِنْThan+كُنَّyou / your (f. pl.)
SubmissiveمُسْلِمَاتٍI
FaithfulمُؤْمِنَاتٍI
ObedientقَانِتَاتٍI
RepentantتَائِبَاتٍI
Who worshipعَابِدَاتٍI
Who fastسَائِحَاتٍI
Previously marriedثَيِّبَاتٍI
And virginsوَأَبْكَارًاCBICONJ+Nوَand+أَبْكَارًاVirgins

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ قُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَارًا وَقُودُهَا ٱلنَّاسُ وَٱلْحِجَارَةُ عَلَيْهَا مَلَٰٓئِكَةٌ غِلَاظٌ شِدَادٌ لَّا يَعْصُونَ ٱللَّهَ مَآ أَمَرَهُمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ ﴿6﴾

O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded.

From a fireنَارًاI
Whose fuelوَقُودُهَاCBIN+PRONATTوَقُودُWhose fuel+هَاher / it / its
Is peopleالنَّاسُIالthe+نَاسُIs people
And stonesوَالْحِجَارَةُCBICONJ+Nوَand+الthe+حِجَارَةُStones
Over itعَلَيْهَاCBHP+PRONATTعَلَىOver+هَاher / it / its
Are angelsمَلَائِكَةٌI
SternغِلَاظٌI
SevereشِدَادٌI
NotلَاH
They disobeyيَعْصُونَF
AllahاللَّهَI
In whatمَاH
He commands themأَمَرَهُمْCBFV+PRONATTأَمَرَHe commands+هُمْthem / their
But they doوَيَفْعَلُونَCBFCONJ+Vوَand+يَفْعَلُونَBut they do
WhatمَاI
They are commandedيُؤْمَرُونَF

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَا تَعْتَذِرُوا۟ ٱلْيَوْمَ ۖ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿7﴾

O you who have disbelieved, make no excuses that Day. You will only be recompensed for what you used to do.
