وَلَوْ تَرَىٰٓ إِذِ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ نَاكِسُوا۟ رُءُوسِهِمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ رَبَّنَآ أَبْصَرْنَا وَسَمِعْنَا فَٱرْجِعْنَا نَعْمَلْ صَٰلِحًا إِنَّا مُوقِنُونَ ﴿12﴾

If you could but see when the criminals are hanging their heads before their Lord, [saying], "Our Lord, we have seen and heard, so return us [to the world]; we will work righteousness. Indeed, we are [now] certain."

The criminalsالْمُجْرِمُونَIالthe+مُجْرِمُونَCriminals
Will hangنَاكِسُوI
Their headsرُءُوسِهِمْCBIN+PRONATTرُءُوسِTheir heads+هِمْthem / their
BeforeعِنْدَI
Their LordرَبِّهِمْCBIN+PRONATTرَبِّTheir Lord+هِمْthem / their
Our LordرَبَّنَاCBIN+PRONATTرَبَّOur Lord+نَاus / our
We have seenأَبْصَرْنَاF
And we have heardوَسَمِعْنَاCBFCONJ+Vوَand+سَمِعْنَاWe have heard
So return usفَارْجِعْنَاCBFCONJ+V+PRONATTفَso / then+ارْجِعْReturn+نَاus / our
We will doنَعْمَلْF
Righteous deedsصَالِحًاI
Indeed weإِنَّاCBHACC+PRONATTإِIndeed we+ناus / our
Are now certainمُوقِنُونَI

وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَءَاتَيْنَا كُلَّ نَفْسٍ هُدَىٰهَا وَلَٰكِنْ حَقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ مِنِّى لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿13﴾

And if We had willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but the word from Me will come into effect [that] "I will surely fill Hell with jinn and people all together.

We had willedشِئْنَاF
Surely we would have givenلَآتَيْنَاCBFLAM+Vلَfor / to+آتَيْنَاSurely we would have given
EveryكُلَّI
SoulنَفْسٍI
Its guidanceهُدَاهَاCBIN+PRONATTهُدَاIts guidance+هَاher / it / its
ButوَلَكِنْCBHCONJ+AMDوَand+لَكِنْBut
Is trueحَقَّF
The wordالْقَوْلُIالthe+قَوْلُWord
From meمِنِّيCBHP+PRONATTمِFrom+نِيme
ThatلَأَمْلَأَنَّCBFLAM+V+PRONATTلَfor / to+أَمْلَأَThat+نَّemphasis
HellجَهَنَّمَI
WithمِنَH
The jinnالْجِنَّةِIالthe+جِنَّةِJinn
And the menوَالنَّاسِCBICONJ+Nوَand+الthe+نَاسِMen
TogetherأَجْمَعِينَI

فَذُوقُوا۟ بِمَا نَسِيتُمْ لِقَآءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَآ إِنَّا نَسِينَٰكُمْ ۖ وَذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلْخُلْدِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿14﴾

So taste [punishment] because you forgot the meeting of this, your Day; indeed, We have [accordingly] forgotten you. And taste the punishment of eternity for what you used to do."

Indeed weإِنَّاCBHACC+PRONATTإِIndeed we+ناus / our
Have forgotten youنَسِينَاكُمْCBFV+PRONATTنَسِينَاHave forgotten+كُمْyou / your (pl.)
And tasteوَذُوقُواCBFCONJ+Vوَand+ذُوقُواTaste
The punishmentعَذَابَI
Of eternityالْخُلْدِIالthe+خُلْدِOf eternity
For whatبِمَاCBHP+SUBبِwith / in+مَاFor what
You used toكُنْتُمْF
DoتَعْمَلُونَF

إِنَّمَا يُؤْمِنُ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ بِهَا خَرُّوا۟ سُجَّدًا وَسَبَّحُوا۟ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ وَهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ ۩ ﴿15﴾

Only those believe in Our verses who, when they are reminded by them, fall down in prostration and exalt [Allah] with praise of their Lord, and they are not arrogant.

ProstratingسُجَّدًاI
And glorifyوَسَبَّحُواCBFCONJ+Vوَand+سَبَّحُواGlorify
The praisesبِحَمْدِCBIP+Nبِwith / in+حَمْدِThe praises
Of their LordرَبِّهِمْCBIN+PRONATTرَبِّOf their Lord+هِمْthem / their
And theyوَهُمْCBICONJ+PRONSUBJوَand+هُمْThey
Are not arrogantلَاH
Are not arrogantيَسْتَكْبِرُونَF

تَتَجَافَىٰ جُنُوبُهُمْ عَنِ ٱلْمَضَاجِعِ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُمْ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَٰهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ ﴿16﴾

They arise from [their] beds; they supplicate their Lord in fear and aspiration, and from what We have provided them, they spend.

ForsakeتَتَجَافَىF
Their sidesجُنُوبُهُمْCBIN+PRONATTجُنُوبُTheir sides+هُمْthem / their
FromعَنِH
Their bedsالْمَضَاجِعِIالthe+مَضَاجِعِTheir beds
They callيَدْعُونَF
Their LordرَبَّهُمْCBIN+PRONATTرَبَّTheir Lord+هُمْthem / their
In fearخَوْفًاI
And hopeوَطَمَعًاCBICONJ+Nوَand+طَمَعًاHope
And out of whatوَمِمَّاCBHCONJ+Pوَand+مِنfrom / of=مَاwhat
We have provided themرَزَقْنَاهُمْCBFV+PRONATTرَزَقْنَاWe have provided+هُمْthem / their
They spendيُنْفِقُونَF

فَلَا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَّآ أُخْفِىَ لَهُم مِّن قُرَّةِ أَعْيُنٍ جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿17﴾

And no soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for eyes as reward for what they used to do.

Is hiddenأُخْفِيَF

The comfortقُرَّةِI
For the eyesأَعْيُنٍI
As a rewardجَزَاءًI
For whatبِمَاCBHP+SUBبِwith / in+مَاFor what
They used toكَانُواF
DoيَعْمَلُونَF

أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤْمِنًا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقًا ۚ لَّا يَسْتَوُۥنَ ﴿18﴾

Then is one who was a believer like one who was defiantly disobedient? They are not equal.

A believerمُؤْمِنًاI

Defiantly disobedientفَاسِقًاI
NotلَاH
They are equalيَسْتَوُونَF

أَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمْ جَنَّٰتُ ٱلْمَأْوَىٰ نُزُلًۢا بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿19﴾

As for those who believed and did righteous deeds, for them will be the Gardens of Refuge as accommodation for what they used to do.

Are gardensجَنَّاتُI
Of refugeالْمَأْوَىIالthe+مَأْوَىOf refuge
As hospitalityنُزُلًاI
For whatبِمَاCBHP+SUBبِwith / in+مَاFor what
They used toكَانُواF
DoيَعْمَلُونَF

وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا۟ فَمَأْوَىٰهُمُ ٱلنَّارُ ۖ كُلَّمَآ أَرَادُوٓا۟ أَن يَخْرُجُوا۟ مِنْهَآ أُعِيدُوا۟ فِيهَا وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ ذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ ٱلَّذِى كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ ﴿20﴾

But as for those who defiantly disobeyed, their refuge is the Fire. Every time they wish to emerge from it, they will be returned to it while it is said to them, "Taste the punishment of the Fire which you used to deny."

Is the fireالنَّارُIالthe+نَارُIs the fire
Every timeكُلَّمَاI
They wishأَرَادُواF
ToأَنْH
Come outيَخْرُجُواF
From itمِنْهَاCBHP+PRONATTمِنْFrom+هَاher / it / its
They will be returnedأُعِيدُواF
In itفِيهَاCBHP+PRONATTفِيIn+هَاher / it / its
And it will be saidوَقِيلَCBFCONJ+Vوَand+قِيلَIt will be said
To themلَهُمْCBHP+PRONATTلَfor / to+هُمْthem / their
TasteذُوقُواF
The punishmentعَذَابَI
Of the fireالنَّارِIالthe+نَارِOf the fire
WhichالَّذِيI
You used toكُنْتُمْF
[in it]بِهِCBHP+PRONATTبِwith / in+هِhim / his / it
DenyتُكَذِّبُونَF

وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلْأَدْنَىٰ دُونَ ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلْأَكْبَرِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿21﴾

And we will surely let them taste the nearer punishment short of the greater punishment that perhaps they will repent.

And surely we will let themوَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُمْCBFCONJ+LAM+V+PRONATTوَand+لَfor / to+نُذِيقَSurely we will let them+نَّemphasis+هُمْthem / their
OfمِنَH
The punishmentالْعَذَابِIالthe+عَذَابِPunishment
The nearerالْأَدْنَىIالthe+أَدْنَىNearer
BeforeدُونَI
The punishmentالْعَذَابِIالthe+عَذَابِPunishment
The greaterالْأَكْبَرِIالthe+أَكْبَرِGreater
So that they mayلَعَلَّهُمْCBHACC+PRONATTلَعَلَّSo that they may+هُمْthem / their
ReturnيَرْجِعُونَF

وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن ذُكِّرَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِۦ ثُمَّ أَعْرَضَ عَنْهَآ ۚ إِنَّا مِنَ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ مُنتَقِمُونَ ﴿22﴾

And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord; then he turns away from them? Indeed We, from the criminals, will take retribution.

Indeed weإِنَّاCBHACC+PRONATTإِIndeed we+ناus / our
FromمِنَH
The criminalsالْمُجْرِمِينَIالthe+مُجْرِمِينَCriminals
Will take retributionمُنْتَقِمُونَI
